SIX STEPS TO HUGH JACKMAN - Anthony Brandon Wong Collection

What's going on here?

A while back Tristan Viney realised a problem...

"I first became aware of the portrait photographer’s ultimate catch-22 dilemma in Dan Winter's incredible book Road To Seeing."

Dan Winters writes: “Hollywood and the world of celebrity is steeped in perception. Publicists and editors will often respond less to a photographer’s ability and more to their associations-the premise being that if a photographer photographed “Celebrity A,” then they are good enough to photograph “Celebrity B.” This says nothing of the photographer’s talent or abilities. He or she could have a portfolio filled with stunning portraits, though if a well-known individual is not among them, many cannot make the connection. It is for this reason that young photographers find it increasingly difficult to gain access to the wealth of talented artists and power brokers who occupy the pages of mass media.”

The solution is the 6 PORTRAITS TO HUGH JACKMAN series.

Here is the latest portrait in the collaboration with actor/coach Anthony Brandon Wong.
